a) I've listed them elsewhere, several times.

b) The specific defect depends upon which version of Windows Vista one
is using; [Which is why I earlier wrote that to diagnose an issue with

Considering that Microsoft advertised these defects as features, any
libel suit they bring is doomed to failure.
* Do you really want to convince a jury that it is disabling the
built-in networking component of the OS is a feature?
* Do you really want to convince a jury that it is a feature to prevent
the user from making backups of their own intellectual property?
* Do you really want to convince a jury that it is a feature to prevent
the user from doing data entry in more than two writing systems?
