The basic OOo (OpenOffice.org) is a very large program to download and
there are a wealth of extras (templates, clipart, etc.) available which
are not included with the basic download.

Look for Writer resume/cv templates from the following link:
http://documentation.openoffice.org/Samples_Templates/index.html

You can find other templates by "Googling" for "openoffice templates".

See the OOo help facility for information about organizing/importing
templates.
