On the Windows-XP machine I do have JRE installed at C:\Program
Files\Java\jre1.6.0_02.
That is the same as what is shown with the menu Options/OpenOffice.org/Java.
When I open a cmd window and type
"C:\Program Files\Java\jre1.6.0_02\bin\java" -version
I get the expected version information. The path is ok.

Hmmm .... OOo still does not recognize it.

Thank you, Jonathan.
