Some how I have set the print page preview to show only 1 line
from a spread sheet. When I go to print then it tells me that
it will print 154 pages. Meaning 1 line from the spred sheet
per page. Of course I want the entire spread sheet printed.
Having tried every option I could find in the help section I
have not been able to correct the problem. Any help will be
appreciated. Thanks Gil Weber [EMAIL PROTECTED]
You haven't given us any details to tell us what you have tried
to do to fix it. Try going to Format > Page and look at all the
settings in all the tabs there to see if you hacked up the
settings there. Under PAGE you might have the wrong paper size.
You may have set your margins way to big. Under HEADER/FOOTER
you
may have set the header and/or footer to big. Under SHEET you
may
have the scaling factor set real high. You might have your font
size in the spread sheet super large. What font are you using
and
what is the size of that font?

What operating system are you using and what version of it
(Microsoft Windows 2000, XP, Vista or Linux PCLinuxOS, Suse,
K/Ubuntu, etc. or Mac OS X, Panther, Tiger)?

I assume Windows since most Linux and Mac users do provide some
useful information when asking there questions.
Thanks for your suggestions. I am using Microsoft XP. I have gone
to format and tried to change the settings. Still the same. When
I say print it brings up the PDA995 for a printer. When I change
to the HP it shows just 1 line of the spread sheet. It is not a
large sheet. So will keep working to correct the problem Thanks
again Gil

I moved Gil's response from the top to keep the conversation flow in one direction. Does anyone see anything in Gil's response that could help solve the problem?

Which printer is your default? Also how is the HP printer configured and what model is the HP?

Also you will get more help by posting to the list e-mail address [email protected] and not to an individual e-mail address. It will also help if you are subscribed to the list.

Let me make a suggestion:
1. Set the print area to something that would require more than one sheet of paper to print it.
2. Bring up a print to the monitor screen. Does it look OK?
3. From the print preview click on FORMAT PAGE.
4, Click SHEET tab.
5. Scaling Mode: Fit Print Ranges to Width/Height
6. Set spin boxes Width to 1; Heighth to multiple (say 25 for instance)
7. Now, how does it look on the monitor, still OK?
8. Now print. Do you still have the problem?
