A better comparison would have been MS Office 2007 vs OO with both
running on
/XP. Who knows what extra overhead is caused by Vista, and who knows what
extra overhead is added because M$ is deliberately trying to make OO run
/slowly. /
And to be totally fair, the same comparison should be run on Linux! ;-)
