It was part of the EULA that went with some corporate licences that were
issued for MSO in late 2002/early 2003.

It isn't on EULAHallOfShame yet.  :(  They require either a link to the
original EULA on the website of the organization that created the EULA,
or original factory OEM floppy disks, etc that contain the EULA. Given
who the victims of that EULA were, I doubt that they will get a copy
that meets their requirements.  :(
