Your question was written in a very confusing manner.  I am guessing that you
are saying that you have the OpenOffice program as downloaded from
http://www.openoffice.org, but are loading it through some sort of a
Suse-customized front-end called ooqstart and fils.bmp.

If this is the case, then your problem is likely that you are mixing apples and
oranges.  The Suse-customized OpenOffice.org program is not necessarily exactly
the same as the generic OpenOffice.org program found at
http://www.openoffice.org.

Try deleting your customized ooqstart and files.bmp and loading OpenOffice.org
in the "normal" way and see what happens.  Depending on what ooqstart and
files.bmp actually do, you may need to uninstall and reinstall OpenOffice.org
before it will start working.  If this is the case, don't forget to delete the
OpenOffice.org config file in your home directory (likely called
~/.openoffice.org2.0 or something similar to that).
