[users] Rotating a predesigned template

To whom it may concern;

Hi, How are you?  I need to know how to make a predesigned template 
(specifically 8663) go from being vertical to being horizontal.  I have 
searched the open office website and I did not see anything that may help me.  
I hope that you can.  If you can get back to me at your earliest convenience, i
