Ed, I know you got several responses to your inquiry about a manual but I
don't know if this one was mentioned. You can find really good tutorials at
this site: http://www.tutorialsforopenoffice.org/
I have gone there many times and have printed off page after page of step by
step instructions. The first one starts out with the title, First Time
User - Open Office Writer. There is even a section for those new to
computers. Take a look, if you have not already been there. I think you
will like it.
