1) If you want the menus, Help text etc. in English but spell checking in Danish, read http://wiki.services.openoffice.org/wiki/Documentation/OOoAuthors_User_Manual/Getting_Started/Choosing_language_settings 2) If you are using an English keyboard and want Danish vowels (and lots of other non-English characters), read http://www.personal.leeds.ac.uk/~ecl6tam/ and/or http://www.microsoft.com/globaldev/tools/msklc.mspx I use the first because I had already installed it when I found the second but it's your choice. I think I was lucky. If you use the first, read the installation instructions *carefully*.
