computer literate, the OP still has a responsibility to post in a clear
manner. I have seen some messages (elsewhere) where the OP refused to
use proper sentence structure, paragraphs, no caps etc., who then
wondered why he got know help. When someone pointed out his message was
incomprehensible for the above reasons, he claimed that was his "style"
and he wasn't going to change it.
Bottom line, if you're asking for help, please write clearly.
