That's the problem... many people do not associate the '>' sign with
'greater than'. And even if they did, what exactly does "Windows all
versions > 98"? Does it mean that it works with NT?
I have to admit when I went to look at the wording of the web site, I
was expecting something clearer and more explicit. Something could be
done to improve that.
But I didn't see anywhere the OP's claim that it stated it worked for
all versions EXCEPT Vista.

The site says (you left out the parentheses):
*_Windows
_*All Versions (>98)
What could be clearer (or simpler) than "All Versions"? Besides, the
complete list is on the System Requirements page.
