I have one calc file that contains 14 sheets. When I try to print
from one sheet it'll start printing from 4 previous sheets, even
though my selection is on the current sheet and the print preview is
also showing the current sheet and no others. Help as I think I just
killed 5 trees!!!!!
I've written down some thoughts about printing spreadsheets in the OOo
T'n'T blog at http://blogs.sun.com/oootnt/entry/printing_spreadsheets
May be this helps, even when you are not using a current OOo 2.3
developer version.
OpenOffice.org treats an export to PDF almost the same as printing. So
if you want to conserve trees, you can export the data to PDF, have a
look at the PDF file, and print that file if it looks OK. Sometimes this
gives even better printing quality than a direct printout.
