Don't be surprised if Sun gets that money back. SCO has been boxed in where they either admit to selling that which they were not entitled to sell, or refusing to pay their supplier for that which they did sell, or admitting to both selling that which they were not entitled to sell, and refusing to pay their supplier for that which they did sell.
