Well, the exporting to CSV for each tab could get the data, accurately, into an OOo spreadsheet. As a first step to switching over. but, it doesn't sound like that's a feasible route now. What you'll have to do, however, is go through the sheet in the template form, and determine where the formulas are. One of the largest problems in converting to OOo, or to any other spreadsheet, from any other spreadsheet app is the formulas. They are rarely in the same format. So, you'll have to document the formulas and reproduce them in a new OOo Spreadsheet. Once you have the New OOo spreadsheet created (and tested), you can then take the data from the Excel spreadsheet and paste it into the new OOo spreadsheet. The question is, are there any macros? That will make it even more difficult. And, fire the guy who made the decision to use a spreadsheet for this kind of data. :-P (just kidding). -- See Ya' Howard Coles Jr. John 3:16! --------------------------------------------------------------------- To unsubscribe, e-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED] For additional commands, e-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED]
