I'm confused--did you try changing the SELinux security context on the
OOo shared libraries?

That's all I ever have to do and I'm running OOG680_m3 (aka 2.3.0rc1) on
F7 with the default 'enforcing' mode. I have to do it with almost every
snapshot release, but never with the stable releases, so I assume it's a
tweak that gets handled in the release processing.
I also admit that I have absolutely zero idea what that does or why it's
needed, so I could be missing something important here.
