It is not possible to purchase OOo (OpenOffice.org) from OpenOffice.org, because it is free open source software and can be downloaded without charge from: http://download.openoffice.org/index.html If you paid for a download link and technical support, then you should contact the person/organization who sold this to you. Although selling copies of OOo is not illegal, or a breach of the license conditions, it is IMNSHO morally wrong and deceptive that the seller did not advise you that you could download the software for free.
