[users] NSIS Error

I downloaded OO 2.2.1 but when I try to install it on my Win XP Pro, I 
get " NSIS Error ...The installer...corrupted or incomplete...etc." I 
've downloaded three times and always fail to install it.  What gives? 
I've used  the older version with XP Home. Could it be XP Pro is 
stopping it?
