Is there a way to make a standard envelope layout including a
business graphic? I don't want to have to add and position the

there automatically, as is done in MS Word using a macro.
Yes.
o With a random text (Writer) document open, go to Insert | Envelope... .
o Select the required envelope parameters.
o Now press New Doc. (not Insert).
o Insert your graphic and make any other adjustments you wish.
o Go to File | Templates > | Save... and give the new template a name.
o Close the window, discarding changes.
To use the template, go to File | New > | Templates and Documents and
browse to your saved template. Add the current details and save
and/or print the envelope.
If you prefer, you can, of course, use the Insert button in the
Envelope dialogue instead, and then combine the format of the letter
you will be creating with that of the envelope in a single template.
I trust this helps.
