I am not sure if the OP was searching for FreeOffice or really did not
find the OpenOffice entry.

one way to easily locate (possibly) is to sort the Add/Remove Programs by size.

otherwise, maybe some one from the team that packages OO.o for Windows
can give the full path to the uninstaller script/executable with
required parameters.

there are applications to simply remove entries from Add/Remove
Programs. quite a prank, but very much possible.
