Have you checked if your Java runtime environment is activated. *Tools |
Options | OpenOffice.org | Java | Use a Java runtime environment. *If
not activated, activate it - as I understand there are a lot of
functions in Base that uses Java.
I don't know if this is what's keeping your wizards from working but it
may be worth checking out.
