Right click on your address book to create the list then you if you have
and organization, dept., etc. some means of sorting your address book
other than just by name you can select the entire group by selecting the
first address the clicking on the last while holding the shift key down.
Once selected you can just drag and drop the names into the list. Any
changes made to a client in the address book will appear in the list if
you select the same client name there. You can also select individual
names randomly holding the Ctrl key down and again use the drag and drop
method. I have several lists created this way for various purposes. The
list name can be typed into a BCC: address field, if privacy is needed
or just the To: field if not, to have a message sent to everyone in the
list.
