From this thread I suppose people using email
clients check for "Delivered-To: moderator for [email protected]"
to flag messages from non-subscribed people. If anyone can tell me a
way to do this in GMail

When creating a filter, the "Has the words" field searches the headers as well as the message.

So if you put "moderator for [email protected]" (without the quotes) in that field, it should find all of the emails from people who are unsubscribed, but will also find posts like these that have those words in the body of the email. That's probably close enough.

You could then attach a tag (like "moderated" or "unsubscribed") so that you can easily identify them.
