[users] I am trying to install openoffice 2.3

I am trying to update open office 2.2 to the newer 2.3 but keep getting 
error " the feature you are trying to use is on a network resource that 
is unavailable. Clk OK to try again, or enter an alternate path to a 
folder containing the installation package openofficeorg 22.msi" in the 
box below. There is no installer in the program folder how can I get the 
right msi file so I can install and un install the old program. Thanks 
for any reply. jacob
