My first guess would be that the file you downloaded was corrupt or did
not download fully.
If you downloaded it directly from the web site, I'd suggest downloading
it again with the help of a download manager like "ReGet" or
"DownThemAll!" (which is a firefox extension).
If you used BitTorrent, see if your client has an option to recheck the
download, this will scan what you have on your hardrive and redownload
just the bogus chunks.
