Centered view (1761) just landed with 2.3.
Notes (6193) are targeted for 2.4, although that will be a "bug fix"
relesae, so I'm not sure what happens there, but expect it 'soon'.
Priorities for the other three are being discussed.
My understanding is that it's very difficult to add new document views
and there simply aren't enough developers to do everything "yesterday".
