Many knew that OpenOffice integrates beautifully with the Thunderbird 
address book.  But those that are looking for an integrated calendar 
have found it in Thunderbird's extension, Lightning - 
http://www.mozilla.org/projects/calendar/. Lighting is an internal 
extension for Thunderbird (works and looks slick) and Sunbird is an 
external standalone calendar.
