How do I format a cell so that the number has a zero at the

I formated a cell. Under Options, at Leading zeros I selected 1 but
that did not work.
The "Leading zeroes" setting controls the maximum number of leading
zeroes to display in front of the fractional point. Setting this to
1 means that there is always one digit before the point, so that a
half would be displayed as 0.5 instead of just .5. This would serve
your purpose only if your values were all of the same length. For
example, if all your values have exactly three digits before the
point, setting "leading zeroes" to 4 would achieve what you want.
The best solution is to construct your own format in the "Format
code" box at the bottom of the Numbers tab of the Format Cells
window. For integers, use:
\0#
If you need fractional places, use:
\0#.#
and so on. The "\0" means "put a zero here" and the rest is the
normal number format.
I trust this helps.
