You did not tell us what version of Windows you are running or what version of OpenOffice.org you are running. Have you checked for viruses or worms that will infest your computer by way of the Internet? Download and install ClamWin it will help you flush out those nasty bugs on your Windows PC. Windows functions 1) do disk cleanup 2) do defrag 3) go to: RUN and enter prefetch and delete all 4) go to: RUN and enter %temp% and delete all BTW you did not buy OpenOffice.org here because it is not sold here.
