I've never encountered this. But one possiblity is that 2.3 requires something in your operating system that is not installed, and that it is Windows that is asking for the CD, which would mean a CD with the Windows operating system on it. Try putting your Windows CD in a drive and see what happens. If that doesn't work, please provide this forum with the exact and full text of the error message and tell us that exact point in the install when it occurs. What did the install do just before the message appeared?
