[users] I am unable to get the sound to play along with a power point I received

I have a van gogh power point of starry, starry night with slides and the song 
in the background.  I received it as an email and it plays on my MAC and on my 
PC running MS OFfice - but I cannot get open office power point to play the 
sound.

What am I not doing?
