Hello Esteban,

There is a team of volunteers and some paid developers working on the
version for Mac (PowerPC and Intel) of OpenOffice.org.
You can find information and downloads at http://porting.openoffice.org/mac
Please read the How-To's carefully. You'll have to install the X11
windowing program in order to run OOo on your Mac (see How-To about
X11).
A native, Aqua, version of OOo is also in the last stages before being
released (later this year or beginning of next).
Besides the stable versions proposed at the Mac porting pages, you can
find other language versions on good-day:
ftp://ooopackages.good-day.net/pub/OpenOffice.org/MacOSX/
release candidates like 2.3.0rc3_20070911 or milestones (m221 etc.)
these haven't passed all the QA tests, but generally are quite usable
(not for real work in a productive environlent).
