Considering all the legal issues faced by every school system, I doubt
that I suggested anything that they do not have to do all of the time:
make sure what they are doing is legal. In the vernacular, it is called
covering your posterior (or words to that effect). Besides, how can either
one of you be sure that my advice would cost them any additional money?
