It still shows up.

What I did is :
1. Stopping the quickstarter.
2. Find setup.xcu
3. Renaming it into setup.xc1
4. Start OO
5. "Welcome to OO 2.3" shows up
6. I enter all with "already registered"
7. I log off, log in again
8. I shows again :((

Hope you can understand.

Indra

On those folder now exist User Profile.xcu, but it doesn't help at all
