OpenOffice 2.0.4 on Debian Etch 4.0r1 CUPS printer installed and recognized by OpenOffice. Status: "default printer." Type: "CUPS:####." However, there is nothing listed under Location, whereas other applications have the printer at "usb://name1/name2" and can print without problem.
When I print something from OpenOffice, the job gets sent through and the CUPS administration page lists it as instantly completed, however the printer does not print anything. I tried changing the "PostScript Level" from "from driver" to "1" and "2," but neither worked. I tried editing /etc/openoffice/psprint.conf and setting Location=usb://name1/name2, saving, and chmodding the file 755. Restarting OpenOffice showed no changes.
