Is there a phone number where I can call someone because I am clueless about computers.
I have downloaded Openoffice.org to my computer but I only see an icon that looks like a folder. When I try to open it nothing happens. I never downloaded JAVA could this be the case I will be happy to call if you provide a number....My cell is 407 953 0589 Darlene
