Thank you for your reply about your computer with 256 MB RAM. I had
heard earlier from another writer that felt that I did not have enough
RAM. I am going to upgrade regardless. However, your comment shows
that other users are successfully operating OpenOffice 2.3.0 with 256 MB.
Searching the various forums has shown to me that a number of people are
experiencing the same challenges that I am and that others are not
experiencing this problem.
But I am not discouraged. I will continue with OpenOffice and look to
the future. Especially after I saw MS Office 2007.
