its a real heavy plugin/add-in. the experience is like that of the
bloated norton or mcafee doing a virus scan with all their might (and
weight) and besides seeing the word document icon take over the odt

This plugin also enables writing ODF
But it still does not support Mathtype/Equation Editor export to OOo
Math, which is crucial for transfer older university teachers for
technology to OOo form MS Office, althrough teachers between 25 and 35
years use OOo for new documents, but still has troubles with older
documents. OOo math does not have support for Mathtype of newer
versions, or does not import correctly longer equations.
