I recently wrote to you concerning my being unable to open version
2.3 of Open Office. I am now able to use the programme after discovering
my spyware programme was blocking it.

Sir,
I upgraded to 2.3 from 2.2 and am now unable to open the
programme. It has been installed in my programmes folder, all the exe.
files are there, and even when I try to open from there, the programme
still won't open. I have done 2 uninstalls/installs but with no luck.
can you please help?
