[users] setup patches for open office

                        Hi Everybody 
                                           I'm a beginner on Open Office,& 
would like to know if there is a patch or an updrade for version 2.3 which is 
similar to Setup in Microsoft Excell.
                                           I find that when I want to print in 
Calculator I can only print as it appears on my monitor. I do my tax in 
Calculator & like to reduce it to 65% to fit all on one page,
                                           instead of three. In Excell I can 
select File  - Print preview,  I can then select Setup & reduce the File & make 
it portrait or landscape, this can not be done 
                                           in Open Office. Is there any
