First off, you may want to click off the caps lock button.  All caps is
hard on the eyes.
Secondly, the Writer's guide covers how to make mailing labels

Printing labels starts on page 134 (126 printed).  (the getting started
guide is helpful as well at
http://documentation.openoffice.org/manuals/oooauthors2/0100GS-GettingStarted.pdf).
 Basically, you have to register the spreadsheet as a database, then
bring the data on over.
