Greetings,

I'm having problems resolving an issue that one of my users has reported.
When he tries to launch Open Office on RHEL 4, he gets the following error:

>"OpenOffice.org cannot be started due to and error in accessing the
>OpenOffice.org configuration data. Please contact you system administrator.
>
>The following internal error has occurred: Get Storage, name: "No Content!"

I've determined that it is an account issue, as this follows him around to
other hosts (we use NFS homedirs) and other accounts can launch it on his
machine. So my first suggestion was to move his ~/.openoffice directory out
of the way, except he doesn't have one (or anything else of a similar name).
So I made a copy of my .openoffice for him and the results were the same. I
then tried installing the latest version, but it did not change the
situation.

I am now officially at a loss. Any help would be greatly appreciate.
Relevent, and not-so, information below.

Thanks,
BC
