To whom it may concern?? On September 20th 2007 I purchased " open office " with my credit card along with continious updates. My purchase was for a cd " disk " and as of today Ocober 8th 2007 I have not received it. My inquiry is what happened ?? Has it been mailed ,?? etc. I would appreciate a response . Thank you
