I'm not sure I follow what you've done and what you want, so I have to
guess a little. If I'm off track, please clarify.
I hope you aren't planning to be able to click on the images (jpg) to
see the font. An image is completely static and has no information about
fonts.
In the Draw document (.odg), just right-click on the block and choose
"Character", then the "Font" tab, to see the current formatting settings.
