Mr Gilloon, FYI the e-mail address you used to get help is a public mailing list going out to 1000s of volunteer users. There is no Official company known as OpenOffice.org nor are there any employees of OpenOffice.org. OpenOffice.org is just a free software package made available to all. By way of a Company that makes another office suite called Staroffice. There is no paid support for OpenOffice.org nor did you pay a large amount of money if any for the software. The people that have responded to you are just volunteer users who have been trying to help you but you have been quite rude and insulting. You don't have any rights or entitlement here. you are just a user like the rest of us. Your comments about peoples name's is totally unacceptable and will not go unpunished. You will be lucky if any one here helps you. Have a nice day if you can.
