This isn't what I get. I'm using OOo 2.3, on Windows XP.
When I enter 5, then click the % tool, I get 500%
When I enter 0.5 and click %, I get 50%.
If I enter 0.005 and click %, then I get 0.5%.
Same here, with OOo 2.0 on Linux (Fedora). Which is correct behaviour,
since 0.5 is equal to 50% - the % button changes the formatting, not the
value stored in the cell.
