The answer depends upon what you front page for. For most individuals, either the Draw or Write component of OOo will blow away Front Page. For the rest of the users, Scribus usually suffices. If your standards are extremely demanding, editing TeX with VI blow away the competition. (NOTE: VI is not WYSIWYG.
