Hello everybody, I have two problems using the mail merge function in writer 2.4.
1. When I sent the mailmerge document as an email with the option send the document as a pdf attachment, the ending of the attached document is ".dat" and not ".pdf". I tried mailing with outlook and opera both with the same results. Is this a problem with my email programms or is it a problem with writer? Can anyone recommend an email programm which will do better? 2. When I generate a pdf file out of writer I can set different options for security and rights handeling the pdf document. When I create a pdf file with the mail merge functuion I can't access these options. Does anybody know a way to set the rights for the pdf file out of mail merge? Thank you very much for your help.
