There are several vendors of OpenOffice CD's listed here:
http://distribution.openoffice.org/cdrom/index.html#cdrom
Please note that we cannot vouch for any vendor. Also, there's no
reason why you couldn't download to another computer and then copy to CD
or USB drive to move it to the other computer.
