Hi Michael
However, I wish to be able to convert my presentation to JPG files so
that I
can save them to a CD and then run them on any DVD player, instead of
having
to have a PC or notebook to run them on. However, it only seems to be
possible to save one slide at a time
Here's a great way to do this suggested by NoOp last week:
the fastest & easiest way to export all of the slides to png or
jpeg at one time is to export to html:
1. Create a separate directory where you want the slides saved.
2. File|Export on file format scroll up & select "HTML Document etc"
Select to save in the directory that you just created.
3. Click 'Save'.
4. The HTML Export wizard will come up with 'New Design' selected',
click 'Next'.
- Publication Type - Standard HTML format
- Uncheck 'Create title page' & 'Show notes'
click 'Next'
- Save grapics as - select PNG, GIF, or JPG & 100% quality
- Uncheck Export sounds etc.
- Monitor resolution - select High resolution
click 'Next' etc until you get to the page with 'Create', click 'Create'.
That will save the entire slide show as an HTML in the directory. Then
go to that directory with your file browswer & you will find *all* of
your slides in PNG, GIF, or JPG format depending upon what you selected
in #4 above. You can then copy those where ever you want and ignore
and/or delete the other html files in the directory.
